Fairland Group is a privately-owned real estate investor and operator based in Hong Kong. 

The company was founded in the 1970’s by Mr. Clifford Wong, an architect and visionary developer who is well-regarded for introducing to Hong Kong the concept of house-living lifestyle in a well-planned suburban estate.

Historically, the Group is renowned for developing Fairview Park and Hong Lok Yuen in Hong Kong from the 1970’s to 1990’s. Both are pioneering suburban estates that introduced house-living lifestyle to Hong Kong families, and remain popular destinations today.

Fairland is also one of the earliest offshore strategic investors in private Chinese enterprise, having made a key investment in Nanshan Group in 1983, a Shenzhen-based conglomerate with focus in real estate and logistics. Fairland remains its largest offshore shareholder today.

Today, Fairland Group continues to develop its capabilities in value-add projects, with a focus in refurbishing and repositioning commercial properties in Hong Kong. The Group strives to transform projects through meaningful design, and manage quality properties that serve the needs of growing communities.

Fairland also makes direct property investments as well as co-investments in select overseas markets.
