Developed by Fairland Group in the 1970’s to 1980’s, Fairview Park is the largest suburban low-density estate in Hong Kong. It is an integrated community with over 5,000 house units, shopping mall, country club, church and schools.

Located next to the famous Mai Po Nature Reserve, the Estate is renowned for its tranquil, open environment and is only 30 minutes drive away from Central. The Estate is also famous for its spectacular lake with precious black and white swans, and is one of the largest private artificial lakes in Hong Kong.

Fairview Park is strategically located at the heart of the Northern Metropolis Plan, with a new MTR station planned nearby and is well-situated to benefit from the new community of residential projects and technology research hubs.
