Property Introduction

The Town Centre community shopping mall, located in the heart of the Estate, has a unique open-air design and offers approx. 65,000 sq.ft. of shops and services, including supermarket, restaurants, child education, and daily necessities.

Fairland successfully executed a major renovation project for the Town Centre shopping mall from 2018 to 2020, upgrading shopfronts, facades, signage and the popular Town Centre Plaza.

The renovation improved visibility and accessibility to shops, while introducing a ‘Green and Nature’ theme that showcases the mall’s unique environment. The project was featured in several construction & design publications in Hong Kong.

One of the new attractions are two large mural artworks created by well-known Hong Kong mural artists, featuring Fairview Park’s famous swans as the artworks’ theme.
