Fairland Group is proud to sponsor the publication of “The First Estates”. The book is a historical memoir about the pioneering projects Fairview Park and Hong Lok Yuen, both developed by Fairland and represents the two earliest and largest suburban house-style estates in Hong Kong.
“The First Estates” references primary source materials such as developer board meeting minutes and government correspondence letters. It tells the story of the vision, planning and construction of these two projects that introduced Western-style house living to the city.
